Privacy

MUCH MOTION takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. For this reason, we have taken measures to ensure that the regulations on data protection are observed both by us and by our external service providers and partners. In the course of the further development of our Internet offer and the technologies used, changes to this data protection declaration may also become necessary.
We therefore recommend that you re-read the data protection declaration from time to time. The following statement provides an overview of how MUCH MOTION ensures the protection of your data and what type of data is collected for what purpose.

 Personal data

At some points on the website, you will be asked to provide personal information. We store and use the transmitted (personal) data exclusively for the purpose for which they were provided. It will not be passed on to third parties.
In addition, you will be explicitly requested at these points to agree to the storage and forwarding of data. Automatically stored log data is deleted after a limited period of time.

 Data processing

Every time you visit a website, data is collected and exchanged as required by law. MUCH MOTION automatically collects and stores data that your browser transmits to our server. These are:

  • type and version of your internet browser
  • operating system used
  • the requested page
  • the previously visited page (referrer URL)
  • IP address and the requesting provider
  • the date and time of the server request.

MUCH MOTION evaluates data solely for statistical purposes in order to measure the demand of the web offers. MUCH MOTION has no possibility to assign this data to a specific person. This data is not merged with other data sources. IP numbers are recorded for the duration of the visit for the purpose of responding to queries and are not stored beyond the end of the visit. Data logged when accessing the Internet offer will only be transmitted to third parties if we are obliged to do so by law or by court decision, or if the transmission is necessary for legal or criminal prosecution in the event of attacks on the Internet infrastructure of MUCH MOTION. A passing on in other cases does not take place.

Since we rely on partner companies for some of our products, or sometimes we only act as an intermediary, it is necessary to pass on some of your data to third parties. This is the case, for example, when registering a domain or issuing an SSL certificate.

 Cookies

So-called session cookies are used. Session cookies are small information units that a provider stores in the RAM of the visitor's computer. A randomly generated unique identification number, a so-called session ID, is stored in a session cookie. In addition, a cookie contains information about its origin and the storage period. These cookies cannot store any other data.

Dealing with cookies
Cookies can be controlled with all Internet browsers. Most browsers are set to accept all cookies without asking the user. If you want to use the full functionality of the website, you should set your browser to accept session cookies.

 Data security

Within the website visit, we use the widespread SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in your browser.

We also use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

 Right of information & contact

in the sense of Art. 13 and 14 DSGVO (information obligations).
You have the right at any time to obtain information about the data stored about you, its origin and recipients, and the purpose for which it is stored. Information about the stored data can be obtained from the Internet editorial office of MUCH MOTION: info@muchmotion.com.
